The fastest way to reach us is through the community side of this site. Use the reports and discussion areas on osiris-ai.online to flag a mistake, suggest a topic, or ask a question about one of our guides. We read those threads and reply there, where the answer can help the next reader too.

A few tips so your message lands well:

• Spotted an error? Tell us which page and what looks wrong. OSIRIS changes fast — new feeds, new tools, repo updates — and reader reports are how we catch most corrections.
• Want a guide on something? Ask in the discussions. If a few people want the same layer or RECON tool explained, it usually becomes a post.
• Question about OSIRIS itself? We can explain how the public tool works, but we cannot fix your account — there are no accounts — and we cannot change the dashboard. Bugs and feature requests belong with the project on its GitHub repository, where the developers actually read them.

Please do not send us scan results, personal data, or anything sensitive through the discussions. The RECON tools in OSIRIS should only ever be pointed at systems you own or have permission to test, and the same care applies to what you share here.

We do not publish a contact email address for this site. Community reports and discussions are the channel, and they are checked regularly. If your note is about the OSIRIS project itself rather than this guide site — donations, the token, merch — head to the official project pages linked from our access page, since those teams are separate from us.

Response times vary. Simple corrections usually land within a few days of being reported. Guide requests take longer, since each one is checked against the live OSIRIS tool before anything is published. If you reported something and have not heard back, posting a short follow-up in the same thread is the best nudge — it keeps the whole conversation in one place for the next reader with the same question.
